For a more polished look, add a wall plate to your CAT5 adapters.  Depending on your needs, you may want one or two wall plates.  Wall plate shown is for double adapter unit. Wall plates for single units, product number C5-WP-CSS, will have 4 RCA connectors.  All wall plates will be factory installed on your adapter at no extra cost.  

Wall plate price does not include CAT5 adapter unit.  You must buy CAT5 adapter seperately.
