The Tech9 Corporation XBRS2 RS232 Module is an adapter that has been designed to plug into an Xbee socket to have an RS232 port in place of the Xbee RF module. There is a 2 input channel and 2 output channel RS232 converter on board. There are 3.3V signals on the processor side of the converter and RS232 signal levels on the external side. The external signals are connected through a 5 pin terminal block connector. It comes in a plugable package that uses the Digi International XBee footprint.

- 3 wire or 5 wire RS232 port
- Second 3 wire RS232 port is possible(see XBRS2 Adapter User Manual)
